The contact form used to open your email app and hope for the best. If you did not have one set up, or you were on a phone that wanted to open something else, your message never reached us and neither of us found out.
That is fixed. The form now submits directly to us, and you get a confirmation on the page itself.
What changed
- Your message is recorded the moment you press send, before anything else happens.
- We are notified straight away, so the reply clock starts immediately.
- If anything goes wrong, the page tells you and gives you a working address instead of failing quietly.
What has not changed
A person still reads it and a person still writes back. Nothing about the reply is automated, and nothing goes out without being checked first.
