I’m Shaikh. Before Evensteer, I worked inside the coaching industry itself, at an established coach-training academy. I also spent years as a freelancer: building, marketing, and chasing leads as a one-person shop. I lived the exact feast-or-famine cycle this site describes. The coaches I served there kept telling me this work took real weight off them. That feedback is what convinced me it should be a company. Solo coaches and small businesses shouldn’t need three subscriptions, a freelancer, and a degree in Zapier to look professional and keep leads moving. That’s why I built Evensteer. Everywhere else on this site, the model is the same: AI systems draft the work, a specialist reviews it, you approve it, and it ships under your name. This form skips the AI entirely: you write in, I read it, and I reply.
