Before Evensteer, I worked at an established coach-training academy. I worked next to the coaches every day. I saw the part of the job they dreaded.
The coaching was strong. The marketing wasn’t. Posts written at 11pm. Follow-ups that never went out. A website nobody had touched since March.
Nobody had taught them that work. So it slipped. (It slips for almost everyone. That’s the whole point.)
