A plain answer for coaches: what’s structurally different, so you can judge it yourself.
A specialist runs your marketing on our platform, you approve everything, it ships under your name. Another company’s customer described this kind of service best, on a public forum. She’d stopped paying a social-media agency $2,000 a month ($24,000 a year) and found a middle ground. In her words: “It’s not a full-service agency, but it’s not just a software tool either.” She put her new cost with that company at about $1,900.
For a coach the math is sharper still. 46% of coaching clients used a referral or word of mouth to find a coach (ICF, 2009), and a directory listing rarely fills a practice. Agencies build coaches a website and disappear. Software hands you one more login. 19% of coaches invested in new tools last year, while 54% still call better platforms a priority. We run the whole layer (website, marketing, leads, follow-up) and answer for it as one team. If you find another company doing that combination, we’d genuinely like to know.
A founder recently wrote about firing her social-media agency: “They weren’t using AI as a tool. They were outsourcing their taste to it…” She went on: “I want AI to make talented people faster. I don’t want it to make mediocre work cheaper.”
She’s right, and the numbers agree. Content people merely suspect is machine-written rates 48% less trustworthy and 57% less authentic (Raptive, 2025). Suspicion alone does the damage. For a coach, whose whole product is trust, that’s fatal. So nothing here ships on AI’s judgment: AI drafts. A specialist reviews. You approve. It ships under your name.
It’s also why you’ll never see us lead with “AI-powered.” The product is the named person whose job is to catch what the model gets wrong, before your clients ever see it. So if you’re choosing between a marketing agency and an AI agency, ask one question. Who reads each piece before it goes out under your name?
Want the receipts (named competitors, public prices, linked sources)? The full case is here.
Practice.do and Profi have both shut down. Coaches who ran their business on those platforms lost their system overnight. So coaches no longer just ask “what does it do?” They ask “will you exist next year?”
Fair question. Our answer: independent, revenue-funded, a fixed price on a written scope, and your data exportable from day one. No surprise price hikes, no features quietly moved behind a higher plan, no commission on your clients. If we ever part ways, you leave with everything: your site, your list, your pipeline, your contracts.
